Essence Rewards
Did you know that every time you visit Essene, you accrue reward points? That’s right, to thank you for your patronage. You can then use these points to treat yourself, with our compliments!
Each time you come in for a salon/spa service or to purchase products from us, you earn reward points that can be redeemed on a fantastic range of services or retail. Enrolling is free and easy. In fact, if you've been in before, you've probably already earned points!
What are Essence Rewards?
Essence offers points as a part of our loyalty rewards program. This is a FREE program and is presented as a courtesy to our guests. There is no cost or obligation on your part.
How do I earn Points?
- Earn 1 reward point for every $10 you spend on services and product purchases
- Earn 10 reward points when you try a new service or product for the first time
- Earn 15 reward points for pre-booking your next service
- Earn 20 reward points for referring a new client
How many points do I have?
You can check how many points you have by requesting a points balance during your visit at the front desk or by phone.
What do I get for my points?
Essence Rewards points have no cash value, and can only be redeemed for a service or retail product.

How do I redeem my points?
At the time of check out ask to redeem your points, it's that simple!!
Rules and Restrictions:
- Essence Reward points or services exchanged for reward points are not transferable to other members.
- There is no limit to the amount of Rewards Points you can earn. Points must be redeemed the day of the service.
- Your rewards will carry from month to month for an entire calendar year.
- Your Reward Points are automatically added to your account and printed at the bottom of your receipt every time you make a purchase at our spa.
- Essence Organic Hair & Day Spa may, at its discretion, may terminate or change the Rewards Program and has the right to modify or cancel points at any time. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
