Thank you for thinking of Essence Organic Salon Spa for your upcoming charitable event. This page will provide you with the necessary information and steps required to proceed with a donation request.
Additionally, this page is intended to provide you with information on our selection process.
Community Donation Request Instructions
The spa’s leadership team handles all requests and reviews them collectively for consideration at our monthly management meeting. If you would like for your request to be considered during a particular month you must submit your request no later than the 30th of the previous month.
All requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@essenceorganicspa.com with ‘Donation Request’ in subject heading.
All requests must include the following information to be considered:
- The name of the organization on company letterhead with a reply address, fax number or email address. Include an individual contact name and phone number as well.
- An explanation of the event including: supported cause, name of event (if applicable), date and location of event.
- Item requested (please note we do not provide cash donations).
Please understand that we receive numerous requests for charitable gift donations from worthy organizations. As a result, it has become important for us to prioritize our requests to remain within our allocated budget. We typically give greatest consideration to our regular spa clients and their associated charities and organizations.
If you are selected to receive a donation we will contact you by phone or email with information on how to retrieve your item. While we will work to meet your specific request we may elect to provide you with a different item depending on a variety of criteria. If you are not selected we will send you a letter via email, fax or standard mail to alert you of our decision. We thank you for your patience as you await your response.
